Experienced HR professional who has worked in the financial services industry across London, Hong Kong and Singapore. Prior to moving to the Financial Services industry, Brandon started his career in Management Consulting. Currently the Head of Human Resources for HSBC Singapore with responsibility for delivering the strategic people priorities across all HR specialisms including Resourcing & Onboarding, Learning & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations. He is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and has helped drive activity within HSBC to ensure a significant increase in representation of females at the senior management level through local sponsorship programmes and being a visible ally.

Brandon is also an accredited Executive Coach and is married with two kids – 6 year old girl (Addison) and 3 year old boy (Jackson).

Deepali Pendse is the head of Corporate Treasury Sales South East Asia at Bank of America. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for GTS sales for corporates clients in South East Asia. She is also actively involved in leading and supporting Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives in the firm with being part of the D&I APAC council in the early years in the Bank, to now being the co-chair for LEAD, an employee network.

Prior to joining Bank of America in 2012, Deepali was the regional treasurer for Tata Steel Group in Singapore. She was instrumental in setting up the regional treasury center in Asia Pacific (ex- India). She started her career in banking and has worked in India, US and Singapore covering SEA.

Deepali holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MBA from SIBM and a bachelor’s degree in science from Pune University. She is married with 3 kids – a 9 year old and 6 year old twins.

Batya has 25 years international banking and financial services experience working across Sydney, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Prior to moving into the wealth management, she was Chief Financial Officer at an Australian Bank. Batya is passionate about empowering and educating people on financial wellbeing and helping individuals, families and business owners reach their long-term financial goals

In addition, she has built a learning and collaborative community for mentors and coaches, enhancing their leadership skills, their ability to generously support others and creating opportunities to ‘pay-itforward’ for the next generation of leaders.

Her entrepreneurial approach to business is founded on more than 30 years corporate experience in the financial services sector, having worked both globally and regionally in senior leadership roles.

Prior to founding Differentiate in 2006, she designed and launched the Visa Business School across all countries in Asia Pacific and headed the ABN AMRO Asia Pacific Training Academy – one of 3 globally.

She created Protégé-BusinessMentoring in 2011 to support new leaders to find their own voice and ensure they have a ‘seat at the table’.

In addition to having been a leadership coach and consultant with organisations such as INSEAD, CORE Leadership Institute and Harvard Business School, she was the first in Asia Pacific to become an accredited Coaching Supervisor.

Louise is a proud recipient of Dr. Marshall Goldsmith Achievement in Coaching Award – 100 Top Global Coaching Leaders 2018 awarded by World HRD Congress and was shortlisted in Top 5 Influencers by UN Women HeForShe 2019. As a member of the Executive Committee of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) Singapore from 2011-16, she created its Advancing Women in Finance mentoring program, winner of the AWARE New Initiative Award 2013.

From 2016-2018 she served as 1st Vice President on the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE)
Board - Singapore’s leading gender equality advocacy group and continues as a long-term member on their Fundraising Committee. She received the inaugural World of Difference 100 Award from
The International Alliance of Women (TIAW), which honours women who have made an impact on
the economic empowerment of women.
Louise hails from Australia and has lived and worked in Asia since 1993.
