Her career has been driven by seeking out opportunities to provide platforms for continuous learning. As a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Siân moderates and speaks at many events to support action for parity. In contributing to this book, Siân hopes to encourage other women to embrace their fears and become awesome public speakers, ultimately helping them achieve their ambitions.
