For the past six years the British Chamber of Commerce has been encouraging Singapore residents of all ages to consider the topics of diversity and inclusion through our annual Celebrating Diversity Photography Competition, sponsored by our Official D&I Partner, Barclays.

The fantastic shortlisted finalists in our latest edition submitted thoughtful and relatable photographs to the competition and we look forward to hearing the stories behind the winning images during this reception. Her Excellency Kara Owen CMG CVO, British High Commissioner to Singapore, will be announcing and presenting the prize winners from among the finalists.

All attendees at this event will receive a copy of Siapa Nama Kamu? Art in Singapore since the 19th CenturyBeautifully reproduced in full colour, the selection of 100 works from the National Gallery exhibition in this book tells the story of nearly two centuries of art in Singapore — one of diverse influences, shared impulses and ceaseless flux. Accompanying curatorial texts explain the themes and concerns of the exhibition, making for a compelling look at the most comprehensive survey of art in Singapore to date.
