Noraini Latiff
Managing Director of DMS Corporate Services LimitedNoraini Latiff is the Managing Director of DMS Corporate Services Pte. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Selvam LLC.
She is an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore. She also has a Master's in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University, USA. She worked for a Big Four accountancy firm for two years and then moved on to become Company Secretary of a merchant bank with ACU license for 17 years. During this time, she was also Company Secretary of several public and public listed companies under the bank's portfolio. In 2006, she joined Selvam LLC to head its corporate secretarial arm. She provides corporate secretarial advisory to approximately 200 private, public and public listed companies.
She is also a registered employment agency key appointment holder to assist with the approvals for work passes and visas.
Subramaniam Valliappan
Director of Duane Morris & Selvam LLPSubramaniam Valliappan is a Director of Selvam LLC and concurrently a Director of Duane Morris & Selvam LLP, the Joint Law Venture between Duane Morris LLP and Selvam LLC. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, arbitration and construction disputes. He has acted for and advised clients on a wide range of matters including construction and infrastructure projects, arbitrations, shipping, trusts and estates, insurance, employment, bankruptcy and contractual disputes. His experience also includes advising on FIDIC, REDAS, SIA and PSSOC contracts and SOP adjudications. In addition, Mr. Valliappan also handles a variety of general corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing, financing, franchising and leasing agreements, data protection and intellectual property. He is also well-versed in corporate secretarial matters and corporate governance.
