Dario is the Managing Director for South East Asia whilst managing a strategic portfolio of clients in China and Hong Kong.

He started his career in Hong Kong in 2003 working for an international law firm and developed a deep experience in assisting foreign investments into China, Hong Kong and South East Asia advising clients in connection to various aspects ranging from corporate, commercial to labour law.

He has built a practice of multinational clients and a strong reputation of adviser to the board of several fashion and luxury brands.

In 2012 he joined P&P as Partner splitting his time between Hong Kong and Singapore where he has contributed to build P&P’s regional office and capabilities.

Charles Hamilton Ferguson is the general manager of Globalization Partners (GP) business in Asia. In this capacity, he is responsible for establishing scale and efficiency for GP’s and their clients business expansion in one of the most dynamic markets in the world. Globalization Partners flattens barriers to global business by making it easy for companies to hire employees anywhere in the world within a few business days. The company delivers these capabilities through its Global Expansion Platform™, which allows companies to hire employees throughout the world without having to navigate complex international legal, tax, and HR issues. Beginning in 2020, as an acknowledgement of his impact in the HR technology space, Charles was appointed as a start-up advisor and mentor for the Workplace Accelerator.

Charles was most recently group chief commercial officer for Tricor Group, a leading business expansion specialist in Asia, with global knowledge and local expertise in business, corporate, investor, human resources & payroll, and corporate trust & debt services. With a vast network of senior executives across Asia, status in the market as a cloud computing expert, and reputation as a trusted advisor amongst his peers, Charles was responsible for designing and executing the global sales, marketing, and product innovation strategy for the Group. Prior this role, Charles was president and general manager for the Asia Pacific region at ADP, LLC, where he brought his experience and technology passion to the fore as the driver for delivering ADP’s employee engagement and human capital management (HCM) solutions to firms of every size in Asia. Charles moved to this role from his previous positions as division vice president of Asia Pacific, and vice president of multi-national corporation sales and marketing, leading these efforts across Asia.

David Kelly is the Executive Director of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore, responsible for the strategy, growth and profile of the Chamber to support businesses and connect opportunities with the UK and across ASEAN. A Chartered Marketer, David joined the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore in 2019. David has lived in Singapore since 2015.

Prior to his role at the Chamber, David worked at the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST) where he spearheaded the development and execution of a completely reinvigorated global marketing strategy along with an Asia Pacific regional expansion plan which fortified the Institute and supported rapid growth between 2012-2019, seeing the Institute double in size from 11,000 members to 23,000 with membership in Asia Pacific increasing from 19% to 40% of global subscribers. Alongside his role at the IMarEST, he was also the Chair of the UK’s Marine Industries Leadership Council (MILC) Image Working Group from 2014 – 2016 and was involved in a number of industry reports covering skills, education & training and automation in the shipping industry.

Before the IMarEST, David led and delivered the global marketing programmes for the International Wine & Spirit Competition Group of brands in the UK, America and Asia after marketing B2B and B2C solutions, both online and offline, in the financial services industry.

Born in Manchester, UK, David is passionate about mentoring and supporting others and is a mentor at Ngee Ann Polytechnic (Singapore) for Business and Marketing students and a committee member on the Singapore Institute of Technology’s Marine Programmes' Industry Advisory Committee (IAC).
