As an experienced Business Development, Marketing and Consultancy Professional, Nicole has worked across multiple sectors within the UK and Internationally. Prior to relocating to Singapore 3.5 years ago, she completed an International MBA at Bournemouth University, specialising in Business in Media incorporating Corporate Law.

Nicole leads the Business Services of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore which incorporates the Trade and Membership Teams, providing support and consultancy for in coming organisations looking to export to Singapore and established businesses in Singapore respectively. Nicole specifically provides specialist Trade advice and support for the Education, Food & Beverage, Technology, Finance and Sport Sectors.

Nicole was born in the UK but grew up overseas, predominantly in Swaziland; Also, Cóte D’Ivoire, Southern Sudan, Washington DC, St. Lucia and Botswana.

As Regional Director for the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), Christopher oversees client engagement in the Technology and Cybersecurity space in the UK & Ireland. In his role, he works closely with industry partners to innovate and deploy new technologies and capabilities in Singapore to support operations in the region.

Besides the Technology and Cybersecurity industry, Christopher also manages the Industrials & Manufacturing, Mobility, Built Environment & Cities, and Professional Services sectors.

Christopher read Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Warwick.

Henry Carver has had wide ranging experience in the cyber field, both domestic and international, notably working on the formation of the Cyber Essentials, the EU NIS Directive and wider UK cyber export strategy work through the Cyber Growth Partnership.

Programme Head at ICE71 'Innovation Cybersecurity Ecosystem at BLOCK71'

Linda is the Programme Head of ICE71 ("Innovation Cybersecurity Ecosystem at BLOCK71") in Singapore. She was born and raised in Silicon Valley, and is an attorney by training. She also volunteers with primary and secondary students in Singapore, teaching entrepreneurial skills to inspire and prepare today’s youth to succeed in the global economy.

ICE71 is the region’s first cybersecurity entrepreneur hub, and is a joint initiative by Singtel Innov8 (the venture capital arm of the Singtel Group) and NUS Enterprise (the entrepreneurial arm of the National University of Singapore). ICE71 is supported by Singapore government agencies, Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) and Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), and aims to strengthen Singapore’s growing cybersecurity ecosystem by attracting and developing competencies and deep technologies to help mitigate the rapidly increasing cybersecurity risks in the region.

As the Advisor for Southeast Asia Regional Intellectual Property Business and Trade at the British High Commission in Singapore, Christabel Koh represents the UK Intellectual Property Office, focusing on providing IP support to British businesses. She works closely with the Department of International Trade and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office as well as the UK-ASEAN Business Council and the British Chambers of Commerce in the region.

Christabel was appointed as the IP Attaché to SE Asia in 2013 by the UK Government. As part of the IP attachés network that spans China, India, Brazil, United States of America and SE Asia, the network is central to the government’s plans to improve IP and trade relations. She coordinated the overall business and government engagement programme for the region and was responsible for various IP and related initiatives to promote UK’s world class IP system and the UK’s commitment to ASEAN through partnerships.

Prior to working for the UK Government, Christabel spent six years at the IP Office of Singapore and the IP Academy, last serving as an Assistant Director of Special Projects. In her roles she focused on international cooperation, IP capacity building and monitored IP developments. She also co-founded Just Tee It in 2007, an online golf portal. Her roles covered product development, marketing and enhancing customers’ online experience.

She holds a Diploma in Quality Engineering & Management from Temasek Polytechnic, Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University and Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation from NTU and University of Washington.

Magda Chelly is currently leading Cyber Advisory for Marsh Asia. She is also the founder of WoSEC (Women of Security) Singapore Chapter. She co-founded a cybersecurity startup Responsible Cyber in Singapore, currently valued at SGD 7 million. She has a PhD in Telecommunication Engineering, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Security Officer (S-CISO). She held several Chief Information Security Officer roles for medium and large organisations across Asia and internationally.

Ms Chelly has built cyber security strategies for companies, and provided guidance; from governance and security architecture to security operations. She has a hands-on experience with penetration testing and technical cloud security across main cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure). Ms Chelly is also a serial entrepreneur, and she has been nominated as a TOP 50 International cyber security influencer internationally and is among "58 Women In Cybersecurity To Follow On Twitter".
