Dr Adrian Hayter
Clinical Director & Integrated Person Centered Care of NHS England & ImprovementI read a Pharmacology degree at Kings College London before starting Medicine at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. I decided to pursue a career in General Practice and continue to work clinical sessions to this day. I visit a care home on one or two sessions a week. I am passionate about the role of GPs not only in the delivery of healthcare but also in leading Health systems by working to improve the health of populations whilst living within the allocated health resources.
I became a board member of the Windsor and Ascot Primary Care Group in 1999 and took on a lead role for Older People’s Services, developing local falls services and working with the local authority on an Older People’s Partnership Board. Other roles include Medical Director for East Berkshire Out of Hours, NHSCC regional representative, Frimley ICS clinical lead in the Integrated Care Decision work stream, the Frailty Advisory Board and the Connected Care Programme.
In October 2019 I was appointed National Clinical Director for Older people and Integrated Person Centered Care, NHS England & NHS Improvement. I am also an NED for Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust
Dr James Lam
CEO of Mount Alvernia Hospital SingaporeWith more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, James brings with him strong leadership and expertise in the clinical and medical community. He formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Medical Group where he was responsible for the Group’s business in Singapore. James also led as Group Director of the Applied Sciences Group & Blood Services Group at the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) of Singapore. He also managed various departments in HSA including finance, operations, information management and emergency planning under corporate development, as well as the HSA Academy. Additionally, he previously held various appointments in pharmaceutical companies in the Asia Pacific region in the areas of clinical research, medical and regulatory affairs. James holds a Bachelor of Medicine Degree from the National University of Singapore, and a Master in Business Administration (Marketing) from the Leicester University, United Kingdom.
Dr Sidharth Kachroo
Medical Director and Head of Medical Portfolio Management at Prudential SingaporeDr. Sidharth leads Prudential Singapore’s medical portfolio and is responsible for providing solutions to achieve profitable and sustainable metrics for Prudential’s Health Insurance business.
His role includes development and implementation of management initiatives related to medical business as well as supporting cross functional teams in developing long-term healthcare models, both on a digital and conventional platform.
Dr. Sidharth has an extensive Health Insurance & Reinsurance experience and was responsible for providing expertise and delivering solutions related to health product development, health underwriting & claims as well as health-tech solutions to Insurers in South & South East Asia. He has significant operational expertise in managing health KPO’s and TPA’s.
Dr. Sidharth is a regular speaker at Insurance forums and counts over eighteen years of experience in the health insurance industry. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and was actively involved in clinical practice prior to joining the Insurance industry.
