Tan Wen Xiang is a Senior Occupational Therapist at SAMH MINDSET Learning Hub. With more than 15 years of experience in the community mental health setting, Wen Xiang works closely with persons with mental health issues of varying ages to provide vocational training, supported education and help with job placements. Prior to taking up his current role, Wen Xiang was the Deputy Head of Vocational Services at SAMH Activity Hub for seven years. At this centre, he aided offering psychosocial rehabilitative programmes for the residents at Pelangi Village.
Bilingually fluent in both English and Mandarin, he regularly delivers talks and trainings on topics relating to workplace mental health and wellness in conferences, corporate organizations, public institutions and the grassroots. In his free time, Wen Xiang enjoys reading light-hearted Chinese novels, relaxing by watching dramas and growing in his faith.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences (Occupational Therapy) from the University of Sydney as well as a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from Nanyang Polytechnic. He is also a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) by the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA).

Declan has always maintained a strong sporting interest, and has previously worked as an Academy Physiotherapist for Crystal Palace Football Club (a professional football club in London, England), and as a Rehabilitation Coach for the Western Province Stormers Academy (a professional rugby club from Cape Town, South Africa). Within Asia, he consults to the Indonesian Athletics Association as a Performance coach and physiotherapist for their Olympic athletes and Elite Development Squad. In Singapore, Declan has previously worked as both physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach to the Singapore National Rugby team (who achieved bronze medal at the recent SEA Games). Finally, Declan travels throughout Asia in his role of Senior Medical Educator for World Rugby, visiting developing rugby unions in the region to teach their medical professionals about pitch-side emergency care and treatment of their athletes and players. He is passionate about helping his patients achieve their long terms goals through identifying their weaknesses and imbalances, and developing a strategy to eradicate them.

Fiona Lee

Fiona Lee is Head of Distribution covering Singapore and Offshore markets for Aetna International in Southeast Asia. In this role, she is responsible for business development and creating a strong distribution strategy that drives sustainable growth, profitability and competitive advantage within the targeted segments and verticals across the region.
She has worked in the private medical insurance industry since 1994, taking on roles in leading insurance and brokerage companies. Prior to joining Interglobal in 2014, which was subsequently acquired by Aetna in the same year, Fiona was the Business Development Director for the Market International Unit at Swiss Life. She also oversaw employee benefits and healthcare for International Corporate Business at Aviva, as well as regional marketing activities at Groupe Henner to name a few.
Over the years, she has successfully managed multiple business development and strategy related projects and is adept at managing the complications of private medical insurance product design, medical underwriting, claims management and operational practices.

Dr. Vas Metupalle is the Chief Information Officer and co-founder of MyDoc, Asia's most established digital healthcare platform. Dr. Metupalle previously founded health tech startup Clarity Radiology, which now provides teleradiology services throughout SEA. A Singaporean, Dr. Metupalle obtained an MBBS from King's College London and returned to work for SingHealth, including a three-year stint in diagnostic radiology at the Singapore General Hospital.

Incorporating Solution-focused Brief Therapy in her EAP work, Aileen also works from a humanistic approach and uses evidence-based practices (such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Emotionally-focused Couple Therapy) to facilitate the ability of her clients to lean into their strengths and intentions. Her passion in counselling includes personal development, building resilience, interpersonal relationships, and couple relationships.

Her role includes working with a multi-cultural, global clientele on wide-ranging concerns from mental well-being, work-life harmony, to grief and loss, as well as critical incidents support. In addition, she does individual therapeutic work in private setting.
