Allard joined InfraCo Asia in mid-2013 and has overall accountability for the company’s infrastructure developments and investments in 12 Asian countries.

InfraCo Asia is part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG) and a commercially-managed, publicly-financed infrastructure development and investment company, headquartered in Singapore. InfraCo Asia funds early stage, high-risk infrastructure development activities by taking an equity stake in commercially viable infrastructure projects that contribute to economic growth and social development.

Allard has over 25 years of strategic executive leadership experience in the infrastructure sector in emerging and frontier markets in Asia, and has successfully led and acquired infrastructure, energy and environmental companies.

His key focus has been on the development and implementation of growth strategies and has been accountable for the financing and creation of new assets and the execution of energy and infrastructure projects.

Allard’s previous roles include CEO of Jindal Aquasource and Jindal Ecopolis based in New Delhi, India; President Asia Pacific at Covanta Energy Corporation (the world’s largest energy from waste company) based in Shanghai, China; Regional Director Infrastructure Development and Director, China, for the Leighton Group in Asia; Regional Director, Greater China at Thames Water International in Hong Kong SAR and Country Manager of Vermeer – Ballast Nedam in Vietnam.

In his spare time, Allard lectures a Public Private Partnership Programme at Singapore Management University (SMU) and at the Project Finance Academy at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Allard has served on the Board (as NED) of the International Project Finance Association (headquartered in London) since 2017.
He holds a BSc (Eng) in engineering management and an MBA in international business

Camilla Fenning works for the British government as the Director of the South East Asia Climate and Energy Network. Based at the British High Commission in Singapore, Camilla works with governments, businesses, NGOs, media and other organisations throughout South East Asia to advocate the UK’s ambition in the fight against climate change, and the need for a swift transition to low carbon. Her role includes providing support and encouragement through diplomacy, events, networks and development programming. Camilla leads the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s £15m Prosperity Fund ASEAN Low Carbon Energy Programme which is providing technical assistance and capacity building to ASEAN countries on green finance and energy efficiency, from now until 2022.

Dr Fraser Thompson (Director of SunCable)

Fraser is Director and Economic Advisor of SunCable, a company that will create the world’s largest solar farm with undersea power cable through to Singapore, and eventually linking to the ASEAN Power Grid. Fraser is also Founder and Director of AlphaBeta (an economic consultancy) which works actively on sustainable development topics, including the development of the ASEAN Connectivity Master Plan 2025. Fraser was the inaugural President of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in ASEAN (AustCham ASEAN). Fraser was formerly a consultant at McKinsey & Company and the World Bank. He has a PhD in Economics from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.

Rosa Milano is the Sales Manager for Energy Storage APAC and India with GE Renewable Hybrids. Rosa joined the Energy Storage business of General Electric in 2014, after several years in the Middle East area where she managed start-up's in the large constructions EPC sector.
In GE, she quickly grew her domain expertise in the Energy Storage space, moving from a first assignment as Project and Programs Manager the role of Commercial Operations Leader for Europe, and lately in 2017 her current assignment, that she covered spending most of her time in the APAC Region.
Rosa hold a Master Degree in Business & Cultural Mediation and she is specialized in Export Management and Internationalization of Businesses, which she conjugates with a strong passion for the Industry, Business development and dynamics.

Mr. Mark Sun has been with Anglo American plc since Sep 2013. Based in Anglo American’s marketing hub in Singapore, Mark is responsible for marketing, sales and market development of platinum group metals (platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, ruthenium and osmium) in Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Anglo American, Mark had held a few senior management positions with international companies in materials, electronics and automotive industries where he was responsible for establishing and growing their China businesses. Mark has a B.E. degree from Northeastern University (Industrial Automation) and an MBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Jean-Philippe Buisson was appointed Director for Asia in EDF International Direction on June 1st, 2018. EDF is one of world’s leading energy companies and n° 1 in Europe for low-carbon electricity production and distribution. Present in Asia for about 30 years, EDF aims to support energy challenges from low carbon electricity production to smart energy services. Located in Singapore, the EDF headquarter for Asia is in charge of EDF business development and project management for ASEAN and India, as well as EDF’s assets management with 2 electricity production Joint Ventures in Laos (NTPC) and Vietnam (MECO). EDF Asia also operates branches and representatives offices in India, Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam and Myanmar.

Prior to that position, Jean-Philippe Buisson served as Regional Director for Dalkia in Ile-de- France (Greater Paris Region) during 7 years. Dalkia (EDF Group) is a leading company in Energy services, for public and private business customers. Activity in Ile-de-France covers collective heating, multitechnical maintenance, energy anagement,
building/operating/developing heating and cooling networks, renewable energy solutions. Jean-Philippe Buisson joined Dalkia in 2006 for business unit management in Paris region.

Previously, he worked for Saint-Gobain Group, Fiberglass division : from 1997 to 2006, he hold various business unit management responsibilities in France and abroad (including 3 years in Shanghai-China managing Asia Pacific fiberglass activities) and, finally, as division CEO. Graduate in Engineering and Business Administration, he started his career working for French Ministry of Industry and Research.

Africa.
