Vincenzo Gallone is the specialist adviser for the non-Food FMCG sector, working across the whole of the Midlands region adding focus and guidance to SME’s operating in the non-food FMCG sector. He can provide tailored export advice to the regions SME’s and will also be hosting sector focused events and webinars.

Vincenzo has over 25 years working in the FMCG sector, 16 years of which were in International Sales. He has gained knowledge and insight across many sectors within the FMCG non-food category. As well as possessing a good knowledge on the Mass Market sector Vincenzo also has specialist knowledge regarding the Natural an Organic non-food sectors.

Nicole leads the Business Services of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore which incorporates the Trade and Membership Teams, providing support and consultancy for in coming organisations looking to export to Singapore and established businesses in Singapore respectively. Nicole specifically provides specialist Trade advice and support for the Education, Food & Beverage, Technology, Finance and Sport Sectors.

Nicole was born in the UK but grew up overseas, predominantly in Swaziland; Also, Cóte D’Ivoire, Southern Sudan, Washington DC, St. Lucia and Botswana.

Prior to his current role, he was the General Manager at Euromonitor International for the Hong Kong office where he successfully managed all aspects of the business since its establishment.

He holds an MBA and is a multi-lingual professional with over 20 years of international experience, empowering companies to make better use of Business Intelligence in their strategic decisions.

Ferris has more than 10 years of professional experience in the field of corporate turnaround, forensic accounting and financial advisory.
 
He started his career as an auditor with a Big 4 accounting firm servicing clients across many sectors including shipping, oil and gas, distribution, construction, and manufacturing. He later joined KordaMenthaNeo, an Australian business advisory firm where he was involved in advisory engagements across corporate restructuring, complex forensic investigations including but not limited to, management/employee fraud, shareholders’ dispute, breach of directors’ duties, Foreign Corruption Practice Act (“FCPA”) etc. At KordaMenthaNeo, he also co-authored forensic article for Compliance Insider, Titled: “FCPA - are financial institutions next on the chopping block”, Year 2010.
 
Prior to joining Vistra Group, Ferris was with a global service provider helping companies to expand into Singapore and the rest of the world. His experience has help many companies navigate through the complexities of global expansion and establish their global footprints smoothly. By doing so, it allows the management to be focus at what they do best which is growing their business. Before that, Ferris was also the CFO of a SGX listed company. His responsibilities include planning and coordinating the accounting and finance activities for the group, including but not limited to determining the key performance indicators, risks of control, the inherent risks of the Group’s subsidiaries’ business processes and mitigating these risks. Ferris was also instrumental in the implementation of the enterprise risk management system.
 
Ferris holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Due to the nature of work in the forensic field previously, he was also a certified Private Investigator.

Gareth Brooks is the Managing Director at VF Asia Sourcing Limited based in Singapore. With over three decades of experience in logistics, sourcing and operations management, Gareth is renowned for his deep understanding of the complex supply chains that drive the global fashion industry.

He is responsible for implementing VF’s global responsible sourcing program and developing and executing the company’s product supply strategy, supplying $3.5B worth products to all VF’s brands including The North Face, Vans, Dickies, Icebreaker, Timberland and JanSport.

Prior to this role, Gareth was Vice President Footwear Product Supply, based in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for the supply strategy for Timberland, Vans, The North Face and Reef. Previously he was Vice President of operations at Timberland where he was responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for Timberland’s operating business system in North America, overseeing planning, forecasting, procurement, materials, quality, logistics and distribution.

Gareth joined Timberland in March of 2011 following nine years with Pentland Group, where he served as vice president of sourcing and product development, charged with shaping the company’s global supply chain strategy and was responsible for product development and Asian operations.

Prior to joining Pentland Group, Gareth spent six years at Nike, Inc. as a manufacturing manager - responsible for manufacturing in their Vietnam operations. He also held a variety of positions based in their European and Asia Pacific headquarters responsible for quality assurance and operations.

Before Nike, Gareth spent ten years at Clarks International. As a graduate of their technical training program, he held a variety of positions in manufacturing, sales, product marketing and sourcing.
