Rachael Jay
Managing Director, Asia of Talking TalentRachael Jay joined Talking Talent in November 2017 as Managing Director, Asia. She has 10+ years of experience in the coaching and training space and has worked across industries, although predominantly in Law and Finance. Prior to Talking Talent, Rachael ran her own coaching and training consultancy in Hong Kong, specialising in communication, advocacy and negotiation. Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 2011, Rachael was a Criminal Barrister and Senior Lecturer on the Bar Professional Training Course in the United Kingdom. She was called to the Bar in 1998 and is a member of Lincoln’s Inn. She has an LLB Hons in English Law and French Law from the University of Manchester (UK) & University of Burgundy, Dijon (France).
Varshaa Ram Kutik
Head of Diversity & Inclusion APAC at Bank of America Merrill LynchVarshaa Ram Kutik joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in November 2017 as the APAC Head of Diversity and Inclusion. She has 10 + years of experience in the D&I space and has worked across industries. Prior to BOA Merrill she was leading D&I for the APAC & EMEA regions for Cargill, a Minnesota based global leader in trading and distributing agricultural commodities. Prior to Cargill she was employed with Goldman Sachs and led their D&I efforts across the region. She started her career in the ESG space and was responsible for the publication of the first sustainability report for Infosys, an Indian multinational corporation that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services. She has a master’s degree in Globalisation and Development from Warwick University in the UK.
