Martin has a degree in German with Economics and International Business, and holds the ATT qualification (Association of Taxation Technicians) in the UK. He has held a number of roles including Tax Manager, responsible for the UK taxation advice and compliance of clients. With nearly 20 years of experience dealing with International Private Clients, Martin is skilled at expressing his advanced technical knowledge in understandable terms, building relationships with clients and gaining their trust. He regularly delivers tax workshops and seminars, and provides technical updates and briefing notes for a diverse range of clients.

Mark is a Director for International Tax at KPMG in Singapore with over 11 years of international tax experience, split between the UK and Singapore. Mark’s role primarily involves helping his clients optimise their business structures from a tax perspective, including advising on the design and implementation of new transaction structures, holding structures and financing structures. His clients span a number of sectors including, among others, Energy and Natural Resources, Construction, Technology and FMCG. Mark is also a guest lecturer at the Tax Academy of Singapore, regularly teaching the International Tax Planning module for the Advanced Management Programme in International Tax.
