About the Event
Our Women in Business and Diversity & Inclusion committees would like to welcome you on a silent mindfulness walk away from the hustle and bustle of city life during World Mental Health Day. Find a few calm moments for ourselves, away from work and our personal obligations. During this two-hour-plus mini retreat, led by Manish Arneja (Managing Partner, Resilience Institute SEA), participants will have an opportunity for self-care, to connect with themselves deeply, and to connect with nature. This session is designed to give busy executives a space to recharge and an opportunity to quieten their busy minds. It opens the possibility of slowing down and renewing with the support of stillness and nature.
