Robin Kermode is one of Europe’s leading communication coaches working globally with CEOs, senior executives, politicians, media personalities and corporate teams. He is a popular keynote speaker and author of the best-selling book SPEAK SO YOUR AUDIENCE WILL LISTEN.

His podcast, THE ART OF COMMUNICATION, has over 10,000 listeners. Robin has been an actor for over 40 years and is a recognisable voice over artist (he is the MC of the ATP World Tour Finals each November at The 02 Arena in London).

He is a respected media commentator, contributing to a wide range of newspapers, and is the leading body language expert for The Telegraph, The Guardian and the Daily Mail.

Cecilia Leong-Faulkner is the Founder and Managing Director of the British Theatre Playhouse Pte Ltd.
The British Theatre Playhouse has produced and presented a series of highly successful British plays, concerts and performances in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and lately, the UAE.

In August 2019, Cecilia received the “Most Influential Women Leaders” award (in the Event Entertainment Industry) from the Global MICE Congress & Awards and World CSR Day & World Sustainability.

She is on the committee of the Leadership, Talent and Professional Development of the British Chamber of Commerce.
She is an Honorary Fellow of the Association of Business Executives (ABE UK), a not-for-profit skills development specialist and awarding organisation providing internationally recognised learning, credentials and quality Diplomas in Business
Management, Human Resources and Marketing and has served the Association as the ABE UK Regional Advisor from 2000 to 2015.

She has worked in a cross-cultural environment having worked for American Express in Malaysia, Wembley Stadium PLC in the U.K. and the luxury Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts (Head Quarters) based in Singapore.

In addition to her background in magazine publishing with Magazines Inc. Pte.Ltd. (which was later bought over by SPH Magazines), she has also been a freelance journalist writing lifestyle articles for Singapore Women’s Weekly.

After leaving the Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts group, she started her Marketing and PR consulting company in 1998 and since, worked as Consultant for various clients including the Six Senses Resorts & Spas and on fashion events with the
Singapore Tourism Board and jewellery and fashion designers such as Scavia, Lawrence Steele, Neil Barrett and Dsquared2.
Cecilia was invited to meet Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness Prince Philip at a reception in conjunction with the Royals’ state visit to Singapore in March 2006, because of her work in promoting British plays through the British Theatre Playhouse.

She has also met the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (September 2012);
Princess Anne (November 2016); and Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall (November 2017) during their official state visits to Singapore. Cecilia has raised money for various worthy causes through the British Theatre Playhouse’s established “Art for Charity” galas to support the less fortunate. Charities that she has supported include the International Committee of Red Cross, Singapore Red Cross, Breast Cancer Foundation, Make A Wish, Singapore Committee of UN Women, Straits Times School Pocket Fund, Business Times Budding Artists Fund, Food From The Heart and KK Health Endowment Fund to name a few.

Some of the notables that have graced the British Theatre Playhouse’s “Art for Charity” galas organised by Cecilia include the late founder and former Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr Lee Kuan Yew, former Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr Goh Chok Tong, former President of the Republic of Singapore, Dr Tony Tan and President Halimah Yaacob.

Cecilia received a Graduate Certificate in Hospitality-Marketing from Cornell University, one of the top Ivy League universities in the USA and a Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives (UK). Cecilia has an avid interest in lifelong learning, business and political developments
around the world which have a social, economic and environmental impact.
