Kris is a commercial HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Talent and Human Resource (HR) space. He has worked in markets across Western, Central and Eastern Europe as well as Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Kris is a transformational HR leader, who has led the “build-out” phase in organisations, large and small. Kris’ experience positions him well to help growing organisations across all areas of human talent management – from hiring to culture, organisation design and structure, performance management, employee engagement as well as building a viable employee value proposition.
Kris has an MBA from Singapore Management University as well as certifications in People Analytics (UPenn), Organisation Design and Organisation Behaviour (Macquarie University) and Leadership Coaching (Case Western University). He is also a certified Hogan Assessment practitioner. He set up Ren Advisory in January 2019 with a view to helping growing startups and SMEs address their Human Talent challenges. Kris firmly believes that Culture + Talent = Success. Consequently, Ren Advisory’s mission is to help businesses achieve success through exceptional talent management strategies leading to high performance cultures.
Damian advises founders, start-ups, venture capital fund managers, private equity and infrastructure investors and international organisations on investment, M&A and other corporate transactions across a range of sectors. Based in Singapore since 2000, he has over 20 years of experience in structuring, negotiating, managing and executing complex cross-border investments and transactions – from greenfield, early stage and growth capital investments to joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.
Sam Olsen is the co-founder of Metis Intelligence and a strategic advisor to a number of technology and creative companies, including on M&A.
An award-winning entrepreneur, he has deep experience in helping companies grow organically and inorganically in Asia Pacific. This includes the sale last year of Happy Marketer to Dentsu, the largest ever digital deal in South East Asia.
Before that he served as a British Army intelligence officer in Iraq and Kosovo and is a graduate of Oxford University.
