Neetha is passionate about creating enriching and inspiring people practices that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their goals. In her role as Head – HR Centre of Excellence at Prudential Singapore, she leads a team of HR experts focused on designing and developing awesome people practices across talent management, performance, strategic workforce planning, people analytics and change programmes.

With over 18 years of experience as a HR practitioner and consultant, across industries and geographies, she specialises in large scale business transformation, change management, embedding new agile ways of working and talent management. Prior to Prudential, Neetha was a Director at PwC, Singapore and New Zealand for 10 years and led the HR transformation practice.

During her free time, she loves to run, travel, spend time watching movies with her family and learning Indian classical dance with her 11 year old.

Neetha holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelors in Sociology (Honours).

Sonia is the Regional Chief People Officer, Asia Pacific, for MediaCom (a GroupM agency, part of WPP). In this role she is focused on establishing and maintaining the right organizational and talent ecosystem to propel business growth in the region.
Sonia has 24 years of experience in HR management and transformational change. She has held leadership positions and driven HR strategies and practices in leading global companies including KPMG, Bain & Co and BBC and has a global mindset having worked in 20 countries. She believes in making human capital the driver of corporate value.
Sonia’s leadership experience uniquely equips the innovating and building of organizational capability, by blending strategy with progressive design and execution. She scaled an industry leading artificial intelligence people experience platform globally to 105 countries. This real-time talent engagement platform uses sentiment analysis and predictive analytics resulting in unprecedented engagement and retention results.
To capacitate businesses for growth Sonia has collaborated with global and regional C-suite to lead talent strategies including, development and implementation of career sustainability, progression of women’s leadership, mergers, post-acquisitions and restructures, building an offshore HR delivery center, integration of cross-border HR practices, mental health and wellbeing programs and large scale recruitment projects.
Sonia’s career has taken her across geographies, having lived in New Zealand, United Kingdom, Australia, India and Singapore. She has a personal understanding of multicultural talent interplay.

Rob is a 22 year recruitment industry veteran with deep experience in South East Asia. He worked for Michael Page and Robert Walters for nearly 10 years each, working his way up from junior consultant in Edinburgh to Managing Director of RW's business in Singapore. His varied experience includes 5 years in Melbourne, 4 years in Jakarta and the last 3 here in Singapore. In 2020 he took the brave (foolish?) decision to set up his own business, WeNetwork, with offices in Singapore and Jakarta, catering for mid to senior corporate talent requirements in the start up and growth space. In particular, his personal interests lie in the amalgamation of human relationships and technology effects the talent industry encompassing such varied topics as diversity, onboarding and retention when set to a backdrop of Covid and the myriad of cultures in SEA.

Richard is Head of Asia Pacific for JDX. He moved to Singapore in 2016 to establish the business, oversee project delivery and lead business growth within the region. Richard is a passionate people leader and currently heads the team across Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia as well as inputting to global people strategy.

Prior to his current role Richard is a Project Management practitioner and accredited Prince2® Project Management trainer with experience in managing large scale change and technology projects across Tier 1 investment banks and the public sector. With a functional focus on post-trade operations and finance departments, he has worked on a variety of strategic in-house builds along with multiple vendor implementations and industry wide proof of concepts.

Richard joined JDX in 2012 and established the JDX Change Management practice which has now over 180 consultants globally.
