Rosie is the Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and an expert in gender matters. Through her company Control Risks she has been helping companies navigate complex risk matters in challenging jurisdictions. Rosie leads the largest mainland China practice dedicated to understanding reputations risk. Prior to coming to Shanghai she had over 12 years’ experience in Russia and the Former Soviet Union.

Agatha has worked with Cathay Pacific Airways for more than 14 years and held many roles across Marketing, Ticketing, Cargo, and most as Regional Manager. She has lived and worked in many locations around the world across Asia and Europe and has a wealth of cultural and business insight. She is very passionate about Gender and equality and supports the Women in BUsiness initiative in her regional British Chamber. She has been the General Manager China since 2019.

Helen McGuire is the Founder and MD of Hopscotch.work. Helen launched Hopscotch in March 2016 whilst seven months pregnant with a mission to enable professional women to play a part in the workplace, no matter what their personal commitments. The company now has a global reach with a focus on the MENA and APAC regions having grown a community of over 80k working with multinationals to SMEs in order to offer opportunity, initiatives, skills sessions, events and training for women and companies. Helen is a lead member of the UN Women’s Empowerment Taskforce in the UAE, speaks regularly at Forums regionally and internationally, and is a mum of three - Clementine (5) , Arlo (3) and Iris (1).

Having moved to the Middle East in 2012 to join Impact Proximity, Helen became Head of Digital Content, successfully growing a team to encompass key client work across the Impact Group regionally and globally. On taking a maternity break to have her first child in 2015, she began to understand the pressures felt by women who wished to work,but were unable to find flexible options to suit their commitments. And so the idea of Hopscotch was born and grew with the help of her husband, Justin McGuire, CEO of MCG&Co Recruitment Group. In 2018, the family moved to Singapore to grow their brands throughout Asia. Helen spent 12 years in London prior to 2012, working in the digital content and broadcast industry, primarily as Radio and Online Producer for many BBC and international programmes. She successfully piloted and presented her own music radio show in 11 countries globally (Join The Dots Radio) from 2009 and DJ’d internationally as a hobby. On moving to Dubai, she was the first female resident DJ at 360 (Jumeirah Beach Hotel). An avid explorer, she has visited over 40 countries worldwide and in her spare time is a yoga and photography enthusiast.

Before moving to Tokyo in 2001, Kirsten was a class teacher in London. During her 17 years at The British School in Tokyo, she was Head of Years 1 & 2, Deputy Head Teacher and from April 2012 to July 2018 Head Teacher of the Primary School. She was also a member of IAPS (Independent Association of Prep Schools).

Kirsten’s educational background includes a BA.Ed Hons in Primary Education and English, an M.Ed in Educational Leadership, and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). Kirsten is currently President of FEW Japan (For Empowering Women), a member of the BCCJ (British Chamber of Commerce in Japan) and an overly-excited Fellow of the RSA.

o A professor at the International College of Providence University, Taichung Taiwan
o Chairperson of the British Chambers of Commerce in Taipei- Women in Business Committee
Revital was born and raised in Israel and like many other Israelis, she served in the military (IDF), working her way up the ranks to Lieutenant. She gained early leadership experience, developed decision-making skills under pressure and learnt the importance of prioritization, discipline and execution of commends.
Revital moved to Asia in 1999 and has since worked and lived in Singapore, South Korea, HK and Taiwan. She has chosen Taiwan to be the base for her business and family.

Revital founded her own company Anemone Ventures Ltd., in 2009 to be a business development consulting company that supports tech start-ups and SMEs to enter Taiwan and engage with Taiwanese corporations seeking cutting-edge technologies.

She has also served at the Israeli embassy in Singapore been a General Manager for Berlitz International and was the Asia Sales Director for a mobile marketing startup company.
Revital aspires to serve as a role model for women who seek to balance career, family and their personal passion.
