Margie Warrell is a bestselling author, Forbes columnist and international speaker who draws on her background in business, psychology and coaching to embolden stronger leadership in organisations globally. Her clients include NASA, the UN Foundation, Salesforce.com and Berkshire Hathaway.

Founder of Global Courage, Margie is also a Women’s Economic Forum honoree, ambassador for Google’s WomenWill initiative and sits on the advisory board of Forbes School of Business & Technology. Margie is also a sought after commentator and has shared her expertise with leading global media including CNN, The Today Show, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal and Al Jazeera. Currently undertaking her PhD in women’s leadership, she is passionate about emboldening women as change makers. Grant is a highly experienced financial services senior sales manager responsible for enterprise relationships with Bloomberg’s key global & Asia Pacific customers.

Based in Singapore, he oversees business development strategy and account management for major banking customers of the Bloomberg Professional service, as well as enterprise offerings of the world's most trusted source of news, data and analytics for business and financial professionals.

His responsibilities encompass desktop, communication, electronic trading, order management, data content and distribution solutions on a holistic firm level. Grant has a strong background in all asset classes but foreign exchange is one of his key business focuses and he also runs Bloomberg’s FX sales strategy for Asia Pacific.

During his 19 years with Bloomberg, Grant has held various group & team management positions in Asia and Europe, building multi-asset expertise in FX, equities, fixed income, derivatives and commodities. He has worked with a plethora of customer types including major sell-side / buy-side, regional banks, private banks, hedge funds & corporations.

As a company spokesperson he interacts with Asian media and work closely with their public relations team. He is passionate about diversity and inclusion and sits on their APAC D&I Council.

Sam Fischer is President, Greater China and Asia for Diageo. He is a member of Diageo PLC’s Executive Committee, with responsibilities spanning Diageo’s businesses across the region.

Since joining Diageo in 2007 as General Manager of the Indochina region, Sam has held various roles, including Managing Director of Southeast Asia and Managing Director of Greater China. In this position, his responsibilities included all Diageo businesses in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, including the Shui Jing Fang company in Chengdu and the Chinese White Spirits business unit. He was also a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee.
Based in Singapore, Sam is one of BoardAgender’s SG50 Champions of Change, in recognition of his support for gender diversity in the Singapore business landscape.

Sam graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Marketing) and completed the Columbia Business School Executive Development Program.

Lewis Garrad is the Principal and business lead for Mercer’s People Science consulting practice across the Growth Markets region (fast growth economies). In his role, he applies his training in organisational psychology and experience in the development of data driven talent, engagement and employee performance programmes to help business leaders and HR executives design people practices that improve organisational performance. Prior to his role in Mercer, Lewis was the Managing Director for Sirota Consulting’s Asia Pacific operation.

Voted a top 101 Global Employee Engagement Influencer he is a regular contributor to publications such as the Harvard Business Review, Talent Quarterly and HQ Asia in the areas of HR data, employee engagement and leadership.

Lewis has designed and implemented some of the world’s largest HR initiatives including engagement programs for companies like Shell, Lenovo and Keppel. He has also supported the development of HR capabilities programs, including a leading role in the development of the HR Skills Framework in Singapore, partnering closely with the Ministry of Manpower, Institute of Human Resource Professional and SkillsFuture Singapore. He has deep experience making HR programs relevant for C-level executives in global companies as well as facilitating Senior Leadership Teams to help them unlock leadership effectiveness.

Lewis is chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as an Occupational Psychologist, he graduated from the University of Nottingham in the UK with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a First Class Honours BSc in Psychology & Cognitive Neuroscience. Lewis is also qualified by the British Psychological Society to use both ability tests and personality questionnaires (Hogan, NEO-PI-r) to assess talent.

Sonia is the Chief Talent Officer for MediaCom APAC, part of WPP. In this role she is focused on setting up the right organizational and talent ecosystem to propel business growth in the region.
Sonia has 20 years’ experience in HR management and transformational change, advancing people to a prolific revenue generating asset. She has held leadership positions and driven HR strategies and practices across diverse industries, including consulting (Bain & Co), media (BBC), audit (KPMG), IT and healthcare; across 20 countries.
To achieve targeted revenue growth Sonia has collaborated with global and regional C-suite to lead talent strategies including, implementation of an industry-leading artificial intelligence talent system, integration of cross-border HR practices, mergers, post-acquisitions and restructures, building an offshore HR delivery center, progression of women’s leadership, development and implementation of career sustainability, talent engagement and large scale recruitment projects.
Sonia’s career has taken her across geographies, having lived in New Zealand, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore and India. She has a personal understanding of multicultural talent interplay.
