How do I register and access Eden Hall on the day of the event?
Tickets are first come, first serve through registration. All visitors must be prepared to show either a digital or print version of their access pass/registration. Tickets are transferable, to ensure the maximum number of people can enjoy the opportunity to visit Eden Hall. Registration is only via the British Chamber of Commerce website.
Is there a waitlist?
A waitlist will be put in place for tickets once the available allocation is sold out. This waitlist will operate on a first-come, first-serve basis if any tickets become available. With anticipated demand, the waitlist will be managed manually by the team at the British Chamber of Commerce. The waitlist will not feature a choice of sessions. Should tickets become available, guests will be contacted with the available number of tickets and timeslot and a time-sensitive RSVP to confirm tickets.
How do I transfer my ticket(s) to others?
You must keep the British Chamber team updated if you pass on any of your tickets to others. Please send the new contact info to ashni@britcham.org.sg and lucy@britcham.org.sg, clearly stating how many tickets you are transferring from your original booking. All those intending to visit the event must have a valid entry pass that can be shown to the team on arrival.
I am receiving multiple confirmation emails
If there is a duplication with your booking the British Chamber of Commerce team will be in touch to ensure you receive only the maximum number of tickets per person, which is 6.
Can I change the time slot I am registered for?
We can assist with a change in allocated timing, but please note each session has a capacity limit for total bookings and your preference may not be available. Please contact ashni@britcham.org.sg and lucy@britcham.org.sg with your booking details and we will make the necessary change on our records for you.
My plans have changed and I wish to cancel my registration
As tickets are transferable we encourage you to share your ticket with friends or colleagues who may wish to attend, notifying ashni@britcham.org.sg and lucy@britcham.org.sg of the change in contact person. If you wish to cancel, please notify us by the same email so that we can open up the tickets for those who wish to join via the waitlist.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is casual. As part of the event is outdoors, please be prepared for both hot weather and any rain showers!
Will there be onsite parking?
There is strictly no parking outside or within the premises. The house is on a residential street with restricted access and no parking facilities. Guests should prepare to arrive and depart by taxi. Security staff will be on hand to provide assistance if needed.
Is this an all-weather event?
Both the indoor and outdoor area of Eden Hall will be open for visitors during the event, with covering in place should there be poor weather conditions. We encourage visitors to dress for warm weather and to bring an umbrella, just in case!
Will there be wheelchair access?
As Eden Hall is a historic building, only the ground-level floor and outdoor area is accessible for wheelchairs. Unfortunately the second level is not accessible. If you will require wheelchair access please alert us on your registration form and notify the organisers in advance, by email to ashni@britcham.org.sg and lucy@britcham.org.sg.
Can I smoke on the premises?
Eden Hall and the grounds are a non-smoking area.
Which payment methods will the vendors accept?
As some vendors can accept cash-only, we encourage visitors to arrive prepared for cash, card and/or PayNow payments. There is no ATM in close vicinity to the venue.
Can I bring a stroller to Eden Hall for my small children?
You are welcome to bring a stroller and an allocated parking area for these will be prepared. Strollers are not allowed inside Eden Hall.
Can I bring pets?
This event has a no-pets policy.
Will there be a guided tour?
The British High Commission team will be on hand to answer your questions, with printed materials and QR codes along the route for further information. A video tour of the artwork on display is also available.
