Anna leads Amazon Web Services’ Small and Medium Business team across Asia Pacific and Japan. Her career focus has been to lead international business through complex digital, cultural and transformational change and has developed a deep understanding of the financial, regulatory and industry levers that facilitate success for business in that context.
Prior to joining AWS, Anna was the CEO of Australia New Zealand Bank in the Philippines and prior to that she was the CEO in Laos. She is a qualified lawyer and has practiced corporate law in top tier firms in Sydney and London, served as a Board Director for several ANZ entities across ASEAN and most recently held the role of Director on the Bankers Association of the Philippines. Anna is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion and has partnered with the UN, regulatory and government bodies, customers and business councils to build mechanisms to drive meaningful change around these issues. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW, a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science from the Australian National University and recently completed a Chief Executive Women scholarship at INSEAD. Anna has lived and worked in Sydney, London, Vanuatu, Hong Kong, Laos, the Philippines and now lives with her family in Singapore.
Lee Murphy is the recently former CHRO of FWD Insurance. In this role Lee was responsible for the overall People agenda for over 6000 employees managing US$ 63bn of AUM across Asia.
Prior to FWD, Murphy was the director, people consultants, APAC lead of Google, where he led the global consultant team at Google Asia Pacific in Singapore. Murphy has worked in multiple countries throughout his career including Finland, Japan, Brazil and Singapore. He also spent 15 years with Nokia where he was promoted eight times, from HR manager (Australia and New Zealand) to vice president for human resources and sales & marketing.
Sunil has spent nearly two decades at the intersection of People, Organization, Strategy and Culture. He is a technology optimist who is on a mission to build organizations that inspire people to do their best work everyday.
Sunil is the founder of Cognisen, an advisory practice specializing in organizational strategy and culture. He concurrently serves on the Board of Commissioners for Electrum, an Indonesian Electric Vehicles Company. Prior to his current role, Sunil was an Advisor to the Group CEO at the GOTO group and Venture Portfolio advisor at Go-Ventures. Most notably he was the Global Chief People Officer (CHRO) at Gojek. Sunil has also led HR for Google's Partnerships business in APAC, and was a Senior HR Business Partner with Amazon, where he led HR for groups spanning multiple functions and business lines. He started his career at Accenture and took on a number of roles during his time there, most recently including leading HR for Accenture's Healthcare Management Operations group in the Philippines. Sunil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations, Economics, and Sociology from Bangalore University, India as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Capital Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, India.
