Prior to this appointment, Juan Tiang was Coordinating Group Director for the Environment and Infrastructure Solutions Group of International Enterprise (IE) Singapore for six years. He assisted Singapore-based companies from the environment and infrastructure solutions industries with their ventures into strategic high growth markets such as China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Middle East. His Focus sectors include water and waste management, and renewables and conventional energy. He also champions the export of urban solutions to markets currently undergoing high urbanisation development.

Mike Collins is Head-of-Infrastructure for the DIT – an experienced international sales and strategy professional, with a particular focus on construction in emerging markets, having spent the past 12-years on a variety of international assignments, with a deep knowledge of infrastructure projects gained from working in collaboration with the supply chain on projects in Kenya, Tanzania, Russia and the UK.

Mike is passionate about helping companies penetrate new segments and markets by pioneering new approaches to traditional sales and distribution models including new platforms and techniques in international sales, with a focus on channel development in emerging markets.
