Ian Chapman-Banks, CEO and Co-Founder of SQREEM Technologies, is a visionary in the field of AI. With his company, he is revolutionizing the way we understand and predict human behavior by building advanced AI platforms for various industries, including government tracking and trace, bank fraud detection, and big pharma insights. Incorporating ChatGPT into SQREEM's outputs, Ian combines his scientific and coding expertise with his business acumen, having earned an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business and currently pursuing a Master's in Entrepreneurship at Wolfson College, Cambridge

With a distinguished career that includes senior leadership positions at companies like Apple, Microsoft, and Dell, Ian's track record of success speaks for itself. He has a proven ability to take businesses to the next level, having led a US$4bn business at Motorola Asia Pacific and has had four major exits, including delisting a leading Singapore semiconductor company from NASDAQ for over US$4bn and listing a Chinese lottery company on the London Exchange with a valuation of over US$500m.

And, if all of that wasn't enough, Ian's entrepreneurial spirit and drive for success goes back to his earliest days, starting with a farmhouse cheese and wine shop that was runner-up for Young Business Person of the Year in the UK in the mid-80s.

Derek Murray is Digital Advisory Lead at Mott MacDonald. As a consulting civil engineer and technology leader with 24 years’ global industry experience, he has served global and regional technology leadership and management roles for Mott MacDonald in the UK, Middle East and Asia. In recent years, Derek directed a global program of digital transformation. He works across all sectors of Mott MacDonald’s infrastructure and development business to connect design processes globally, incubate emerging technologies and build internal capability for delivering differently in the digital age. He is now shaping the next evolution of digital practices at Mott MacDonald and also supporting major digital transformation in infrastructure across Asia.
