Start-Up Series: Directors’ Duties and Key Employment Issues

Our Start Up, Entrepreneur & Small Business (SESB) committee​ has been revamped to provide a diverse and representative network of business sectors and industries.

This interactive session by Duane Morris & Selvam LLP is our first event in our Start Up Series which is aimed at businesses setting out to build a team and appoint directors and founders in its early stages.
