How Business Speed Dating Works:
To ensure meaningful connections, we've designed a structured networking format:
- Pre-event Matching: When registering, please specify:
- Your industry sector
- Specific topics you'd like to talk about during the Robin Rounds.
- Our team will use this information to create tailored meeting schedules.
- Robin Rounds: The event will feature 5 robin rounds, each lasting 5 minutes. During these rounds, you'll have the opportunity to engage in quick, focused conversations with different participants. This format allows you to:
- Introduce yourself and your business
- Exchange key information
- Identify potential synergies
- Determine if a follow-up conversation would be beneficial
- Networking Break: Between rounds, there will be short breaks to allow participants to move to their next designated meeting spot and prepare for the next conversation.
- Open Networking: After the structured rounds, there will be time for open networking, allowing you to revisit connections or meet additional participants.
This format maximizes the value of your networking experience, enabling you to meet a diverse range of professionals in a short amount of time.
