Aylwin Tan is responsible for formulating and executing marketing and customer engagement strategies that includes driving new initiatives on market access, innovation and catalyzing industry development and transformation, for Ascendas-Singbridge. He is also Chairman of RIA Venture Capital, the holding company of AIRmaker, a co-innovation platform focusing on start-ups in the space of Internet of Things applied to digital healthcare, advanced manufacturing and smart cities with networks in China, India and Singapore.

Before his current role, Aylwin was part of the senior management team at the Economic Development Board (EDB). His many portfolios included Singapore’s regionalization projects - Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park and the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park; building EDB’s network in Asia Pacific; running EDB’s European operations out of Frankfurt, Germany. He also held roles as Director, Communications and Chief Information Officer.

Jennifer’s sector expertise includes Power & Energy (electricity generation/transmission/distribution and gas pipelines), Transport (Urban Rails, Toll Roads and Bridges, and Ports terminals), Water and Telecommunications/Fibre Network. Prior to joining PwC in 2008, Jennifer worked in Singapore Power Ltd and SMRT Corporation Ltd focusing on project management/evaluation, financial modelling and financial/strategic planning.
