Arctic Survival is a collaborative team activity involving a multitude of tasks, riddles and puzzles to test your problem-solving skills.

With the theme of an "Arctic Expedition", your team has separated from your guide and are lost, disorientated and to complicate things, there is a storm coming!

Using the APP, you, and your team, will gather evidence and information about the codes and encrypted messages avoiding, of course, being fooled with false clues.

The virtual working environment
Our current focus is helping organisations motivate remote teams on-line. We have the tech to ensure virtual teams and the new "homeworking" paradigm can be engaged, connected and retain their team spirit. Suits all team sizes and short lead times. Really fun too!

Our core business is Team Training, via experiential learning.
Locally and internationally, we provide innovative team challenges, followed by facilitated debriefs and commitment to implementable “next steps”. The outcome is an engaged motivated team, who are more prepared for the challenges ahead of them.

We are always eager to adapt new technologies into our range training games. A couple of years ago we licensed an app based platform which transformed our business, pre Covid.....to the point where it represented over 40% of our activity. Now this platform has enabled us to pivot to be a leading on-line provider of quality engagement events, all over the world.

On a personal basis, I have had 29 years of experience of leading training workshops in English & Portuguese for all types of organisations.....from start-ups to multinationals. My USP is to motivate whilst "telling it as it is!".....wrapping up a session with at least one actionable, take away.

Clients return to us on a regular basis because our team is made up of more than just “nice people”, but have the rare skill set of engaging our audience and being supported by quality products.

When it comes team training through experiential learning we are the company to "help you build a better team".

Geographically, this has enabled my team and I to work (live) all over Europe & in and around southern Africa. And now with our online offering we have engaged teams on all continents with the exception of the Arctics!
