Peter Wyton is currently Keller’s President for the AMEA Division which covers operations in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, the UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, South Africa, Mauritius, Mozambique and Tanzania. He is responsible for the governance, operational performance and strategic direction of the business units across the geography. He also sits on the Group Executive Committee for the London listed Keller PLC with global turnover exceeding GBP 2Bn and over 8000 employees.

Peter is a civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in a wide range of major civil infrastructure projects. He has worked extensively throughout South East Asia and Australia having previously spent 25 years with global engineering giant AECOM. He is based in Singapore.

Projects have ranged from major urban infrastructure including: Airports, Metro Rail Projects, Desalination Plants, Elevated and Tunneled Motorways, Port and Rail related Intermodal Infrastructure; through to much needed aid-funded social and transport infrastructure in developing areas of South and South-East Asia and Africa.

Peter has a strong track record in corporate governance having been a statutory Director of major businesses for AECOM and Keller in Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, India and a number of other regional operations.

He is experienced in the management of multi-national teams drawing on a broad range of global expertise. He has established and sat on a number of Joint Venture management boards and was an early industry leader in the development of major capital works projects delivered under Alliance collaborative commercial frameworks. He has extensive involvement in many forms of Design-Bid-Build and Design-Construct forms of delivery.

Peter joined Keller in 2018 to lead the Asia-Pacific Division and after a successful return to profitability he has taken up the additional governance responsibility for Keller’s Middle East and Africa operations from 2021

An executive recruiter, Maidlin's career has seen her work for both corporate and boutique firms, growing and building businesses in the UK and Australia before she migrated to Singapore in 2019. Inclusion and diversity has been a long term passion and something she has embedded into the ethos of company culture creating programmes including:

Assisting long term unemployed back into the workforce (Leicester UK) An annual internship programme to support accounting students from lower income backgrounds gain paid experience (Leicester UK) Supporting non-English speaking migrants into paid employment (UK/Australia) Working with AMES Australia to support professional migrants into employment (Australia) Positive discrimination - focused on attraction of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders into office based roles for a large financial services institution (Australia)

For the past 15 years Bianca is responsible for creating and implementing Inclusion, Diversity (I&D), Wellbeing, Engagement and Change Management strategies for Fortune 500 companies across multiple markets.
Currently she leads the People Experience and Engagement team at KPMG Singapore, their aim is to create the best employee value proposition and experience to everyone in an inclusive and human centric manner. Previously Bianca led I&D and Wellbeing for Visa Asia Pacific, and prior to that, led I&D at JP Morgan Chase, AIG and American Express across Asia. She headed the I&D practice for Mercer in Asia and has spearheaded strategy, business development and branding, as well as change, talent and performance management projects throughout her career.
A certified facilitator in cultural awareness, change management and cultural transformation.
International profile and I&D and wellbeing thought leader speaking on various conferences (such as the UN CSW Global Conference, Global Talent Leaders in Berlin and multiple Talent and Inclusion Forums in the Asia Pacific region. ) Bianca herself is an example of diverse experiences, originally from Brazil, She has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and South America . She is a mother of two little cheeky monkeys and a major “geek”, love everything that is sci-fi and fantasy and can’t decide whether she's more into Star Wars or Star Trek (probably both equally).

Joanna is energetic, driven and customer-focused with 20 years experience in HR. She is a cultivator of Diverse and Inclusive Workforces and Social Impact. She strongly believes that being inclusive is good for morale, and can strengthen a company’s bottom line.
Joanna was a yearly top performer at Adecco Group and achieved Adecco Asia Pacific Awards (Singapore winner)in her early career. Joanna was key in helping her previous employers to achieve awards such as the Singapore Health Promotion Board (Gold Award) and have organised many community engagements and fund raising projects. For her contributions to social services, Joanna received recognition by Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) and National Council of Social Service (NCSS). She has also been featured on “At Your Service” – MediacorpTV, Singapore and a 5-episode Podcast for 96.3FM, SPH Radio, Singapore for her efforts in giving back to community.
Joanna holds a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) in Human Resource Management from RMIT University, Australia. In her spare time, she volunteers to help distressed families and victims.

Helen McGuire is the CEO and Co-Founder of Diversely.io, a platform that uses tech to reduce bias and provide data to increase workplace diversity through hiring. As an award-winning entrepreneur in the diversity space, she founded the first women’s careers platform in the Middle East – Hopscotch.work – in 2016, which grew to a worldwide community of over 80k
working with businesses like Facebook, Mastercard and Nestle, and expanding to Singapore in 2018. To scale the impact of her work Helen joined forces with her Diversely co-founder and CPO, Hayley Bakker, in April of 2020. The vision for the company is to reduce workplace bias for all those from under-represented groups - not just women – by creating a scalable, global solution through the use of AI-driven tech. The company successfully completed its pre-seed round in November of 2020 and has a
ten-strong team working to deliver online D&I solutions for its clients globally. Helen’s focus is on the communications and commercial side of the business. She is an avid speaker, contributor and thought leader on the topics of diversity, equality and inclusion.

Natasha Doctor is the Head of People for Deliveroo, Singapore. She has over 15 years of rich experience in a range of HR functions in diverse industries including technology, consumer goods and healthcare. She has supported businesses in geographies across APAC, India and the Middle East. In her current role, Natasha is responsible for designing and executing the people strategy for Deliveroo Singapore.

Prior to Deliveroo, Natasha worked at Skyscanner as Talent Partner, APAC where she partnered with leaders across different tribes on areas such as organizational change, performance management and capability building. When she’s not engaging in a discussion on talent, she can be found catching the latest thriller, trying out different cuisines or spending time with her Golden Retriever.
