According to the WHO, over 2 billion people live with a disability, representing 37.5% of the world's population.

Some of these disabilities are invisible and with 50% of the world's population currently living in cities, there is an opportunity to review and futureproof the future cities' ecosystem to ensure the inclusion of invisible disabilities on cities planning agenda.

Batya is a Partner at St. James’s Place Singapore, a Keynote Speaker, Chartered Accountant and Licensed Financial Adviser with over 22 years of international banking and financial services experience. Prior to moving into the wealth management space, she was Chief Financial Officer at an Australian Bank. As a full-time working mother to 3 young kids, Batya understands that people have the best intentions in managing their finances, but often put themselves last. She is passionate about empowering and educating people on financial wellbeing and helping individuals, families and business owners reach their long-term financial goals.

Batya specialises in: retirement planning, tax efficient investments, education planning, portfolio management, UK pension consolidation, and protection needs (life and critical illness insurance)

Ron Loh is the Director Enablers Development of SG Enable, and he partners organisations to promote accessibility of information, products and services for persons with disabilities in Singapore. Ron also oversees the administering of the Enabling Lives Initiative Grant to create scalable and meaningful solutions, and the operation of Tech Able, an integrated assistive technology space, that aims to promote the adoption of assistive technologies among persons with disabilities and employers.
Ron Loh is an engineer by training, graduating with a Masters of Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to joining SG Enable, he was leading various programmes in the Defence Science and Technology Agency as Director Advanced Systems, as well as serving as an executive committee member in Engineering Good, a non-profit organisation that empowers disadvantaged communities through sustainable engineering solutions.

Sofia leads the East Asia Transport Planning Practice at Mott MacDonald Singapore. Her specialism is focused in planning and design of land transport and mobility infrastructure, and developing area-wide transport strategies.
As a planner and engineer, she enjoys problem solving and seeks to incorporate long-term future-readiness sustainability and equity into transportation.
Her personal interest in equality, diversity and inclusion has provided her the opportunity to chair Mott MacDonald’s employee network for our Asia region, which fosters awareness and appropriate behaviour to maintain an inclusive workplace culture, which she finds extremely rewarding and knows has several benefits to colleagues and the business.

Mei is the Access and Inclusive Environments lead at Arup, with a background in architecture / design, and voluntary work in social integration projects. This provides Mei with practical experience of the spatial & social implications of design, allowing her to assist the team in problem solving related to non-compliancy & the provision of inclusive designs without compromising the architectural vision. As part of her work, she considers the changing trends and demographics of societies to address future requirements of a diverse population. She is a Consultant Member of the National Register of Access Consultants (NRAC), an International Access Consultant under the CPABE certification and is also a WELL Community advisor and part of the Covid-19 task force for the International WELL Buildings Institute, helping for shape healthier spaces for all.
