Daisy is L&D Adviser in the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office’s International Academy Indo Pacific. She leads on their management programmes, embedding people focussed, compassionate and respectful management practices across cultures. She business partners with posts in China and Singapore to ensure they have the capabilities needed to deliver on their ambitious Country Business Plans, and delivers regional L&D interventions around leadership and soft skills.

Previously she worked in L&D for UK charities, helping volunteers at Macmillan Cancer Support and Diabetes UK to develop the skills and knowledge to do their roles to the best of their abilities. At The Lord Mayor’s Appeal she worked with MNCs in financial and professional services to collaborate and share best practice on building diverse and inclusive workplace cultures, where all employees feel they belong and can succeed.

Leveraging a multifaceted education and international experience, Victoria’s communication skills training brings a fresh energy and performer's insight to corporate professional development. Victoria holds a Masters in Performance from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and a B.Sc. in Psychology and Anthropology from Durham University. She is passionate about helping people breathe life into their communication and presentations - much like an actor brings a script off the page - to move an audience.

Based in Singapore since 2011, as a trainer and facilitator Victoria has worked with organisations such as: LinkedIn, CNN, Facebook, P&G, INSEAD, Spotify, Engie, RPC Law, The Fry Group, Old Mutual International.

As a business role player and coach Victoria has worked extensively in the development and delivery of executive level experiential learning courses and simulations. Clients include: Google, Standard Chartered, GSK, Petronas, Shell, BHP Billiton, Unilever, Oracle, Allianz, BP.

Victoria continues her work as a theatre actress in productions of contemporary drama, musicals and Shakespeare.
